Isabel´s Cardboard House

Some years ago I bought for Isabel a cardboard house on http://www.pappdorf.de. When it arrived at our house it was like this :

 We liked it, but we wished to give it some color. So we got out our beloved acrylic paints and we began:

We let us inspire by the beautiful illustrations of Belgian artist Marie-Jose Sacre.

inside the house:

It took us much much time to finish the house . More than 3 years, I guess, with all interruptions.
But it was a beautiful way for us to stay together and we really had lots of fun.
